Chante Yearby – Operations Manager

Chante has been with O.R. Staffing since July of 2021 and has been a Surgical Technologist for over 20 years. She has worked both as a staff CST and through agency in various facilities in the Chicagoland area. Chante understands what it means to be an employee in the field and in the office and is helping O.R. Staffing expand to meet the demands of a changing healthcare climate, as it relates to the operating room and surgical team, while maintaining the company’s vision.

Whatever needs to be done at any given time and learning all the ins and outs! If there’s ever an “excuse our dust” sign up, I’m probably the one creating the dust .
