Geri Halbroth –  Credentialing & Onboarding Manager

Geri has been with O.R. Staffing Solutions Inc. since May 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. She met Farhana while working for a different company several years ago and made the decision to join O.R. Staffing because she believes is the company’s vision. Geri understands the importance of building relationships with future employees who have the qualifications and experience to meet the high standards of O.R. Staffing and the company’s clients while ensuring current employees stay compliant.

Summary of what I do for ORSS
Recruit and onboard perspective operating room health care professionals and make sure all active employee credentials are up to date and meet industry standards. I also work with clients and their Vendor Management Systems to onboard HCP’s to contracts in area facilities.
